The Prismatic Label Group is based out of Monsta Manor, a studio residing in SF's famed Moulton Studios complex. The Manor is operated by friends and collaborators Origami, Andrew Phelan, Cubik, and Shazbot, who produce tech house and perform live PAs together as The Fingermonsters.
In the studio, Andrew devotes the majority
of his time to work with good friend Origami. The duo have
releases out and upcoming on Drop Music, Amenti, Eight-Tracks,
So Sound, Body Rhythm, Lost My Dog, Lingo, Bounce House,
Chillin', Onethirty, Prismatic, Yerba Buena Discos, Dusted
Roots, Olive, Turnaround-Sound, Monsta, and Fizzin', including
collaborations with Sen-Sei, Brown, and Audio Angel.
Locally, Andrew can be found promoting his own Prismatic events in San Francisco, anchored by a series of color themed undergrounds by the name of Tonal. Past guests at Tonal have included the likes of Diz, Jay Tripwire, Justin Long, Troydon, Justin Martin and Miles Maeda. Be on the lookout for much more from Andrew Phelan and Prismatic Tracks in the near future. |
